All questions, flashcards, mnemonics, and other content found on CliniQuiz.ai, whether AI-generated or otherwise, are considered the exclusive property of CliniQuiz.ai. This includes but is not limited to:

• USMLE practice questions
• Explanations and rationales
• Flashcards
• Study materials
• Platform design and functionality

3.2 User-Generated Content

By manually adding mnemonics, flashcards, or other content to the Platform, you grant CliniQuiz.ai a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content with or without modification. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contributions may be shared with other users of the Platform
• CliniQuiz.ai may reproduce, modify, or adapt your content for any purpose
• You will not receive compensation for such use
• You retain no exclusive rights to content you contribute

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

4.1 Third-Party AI Models

The questions and educational content on CliniQuiz.ai are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models accessed via API. These models are provided by external vendors and are not developed or controlled by CliniQuiz.ai.

4.2 Accuracy and Reliability

• Content may contain errors: AI-generated questions, answers, and explanations may be factually incorrect, outdated, or incomplete
• No guarantee of accuracy: CliniQuiz.ai does NOT claim or guarantee that content is totally accurate, current, or suitable for clinical examination preparation
• Not a substitute for official resources: Content should be used as a supplementary study tool only and not as a replacement for official USMLE preparation materials, medical textbooks, or professional medical education
• Independent verification required: You are responsible for verifying all information through authoritative medical sources

4.3 Limitation of Liability

By using CliniQuiz.ai, you explicitly agree to accept the risk of inaccurate or misleading content and agree NOT to hold CliniQuiz.ai, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for:

• Any inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content
• Any consequences resulting from reliance on Platform content
• Poor performance on examinations or assessments
• Any harm or damages arising from use of the Platform

By creating an account or using CliniQuiz.ai, you agree to receive emails from us, including but not limited to:

• Study reminders and motivational messages
• Platform notifications and announcements

• Account-related communications
